Sammy is an organizational development consultant and systems coach. She is part of the founding team at Farleigh Performance (a purpose-led performance consultancy). 
 
 Sammy works with a wide variety of organizations essentially creating the spaces and frameworks for people to get into conversation about what really matters, challenge themselves and practice curiosity. Sometimes this is referred to as Org Dev, Culture Change, Performance Consultancy, or Leadership / Team Dev. Whatever it’s called - she loves it.
